    Didn’t think to take any pics of it before I opened it up. I’ve still got all the stuff if I get a chance tomorrow I’ll wrap it back up the way it was and snap a pic

    Damn man I’m really sorry to hear about that. I’ll let you know how mines packaged. Hopefully it’s a one off and you can get it replaced ASAP.

    @tntacomaguy

    Mine came in today, packaged like this...

    No damage during shipping. I think you’ve got a case for replacement for sure.

    Your middle pic is how mine came in. No pallet or extra wrapping (or hardware). I've contacted 4wheelparts customer service and they haven't bothered to respond yet.

    Heard back from 4wheelparts and they are shipping the hardware today. Sent them pictures of the damage so they "can come up with mutual compensation" :confused:

    edited for spelling thanks to auto correct ... mutual is not metal o_O

    stupid auto correct should have been 'mutual'

    Which, I just found out is a $75 promo card towards another order. Kinda annoyed but after all it is an off road bumper and will get scratched up, but I wanted to be the one to scratch it lol Guess I'll just have to figure out how to fix the powder coat

    They took it out of the outer box to ship it?? Mine had the bumper wrapped up like you have shown in the second picture inside of that giant box that I posted yesterday strapped to the pallet.

    If mine came scratched I'd certainly want more than $75.00 in credit. Contact your credit card company. Some of them offer buyer protection services on top of the standard charge dispute service.

    Mine came without that big box. But I didn’t have any damage at all.

    That's bs I can see a scratch or two I would try to get more out of them if it wasn't packed good enough it's not your fault

    Congrats on the ARB purchase! Can you tell me how far it sticks out? Want a bumper but want to fit in the garage more so without having to rearrange everything. :fingerscrossed:

    9.5 inches past stock. Measured it for ya... that’s not just “what I tell my wife” math. :D
