I've seen a couple threads of people hearing "clunking" sounds from the cab body contacting the bumper when there is a lot of suspension movement. Might be something to keep in mind if it happens to you

OP, what part of town do you live? I'd like to maybe see it in person if possible. Over the weekend, I hit a stump and kind of damaged my stock bumper. Instead of looking to get it fixed/replaced, I'm thinking of going ARB.

Yeah I had the clunk with 10mm; you will have rust on the ARB in no time where it contacts/rubs. Definately go with the 20-25mm recommended. I had to adjust mine after and it was a PITA because you have to re-drill some holes.

yes just make sure you have 3 people for the install. two to hold the bumper and one to put in the 6 bolts in place (3 per bolts per side)

not bad at all just make sure you have a couple of buddy to help you lift the bumper while you slide the 6 bolts in (3 per bolts per side)

the install is pretty straight forward. it makes it really easy if you have 2 other people to help you with the bumper. two people the hold the bumper (one on each side) and the other person sliding the 6 bolts in place. (3 bolts per side) and the other thing that was tedious, was trying to align the fender line with the bumper on both side. just take your time with it.

oh shit maan. i already drilled the 2 holes that lock the bumper in place. I haven't heard any clunking sound yet but i haven't been offroad with it either.

I'll second the tediousness of aligning the horizontal body lines.

OP, it looks like you have the correct box numbers for the running lights.

those are the right running lights, i went to pick up my foglights today and one of the tech told me that i had to take out the 2 screws and screw them back in from the inside, now if i can only figure out how to run the wires. the fog lights are pretty straight forward, there's just two wires, i just have to find some type of connector to make them work. the running lights are a little bit more complicated. i'll try to figure it out later.

Did you get the instructions for the running lights?

the only instructions that i have is for the bumper install. there's a little box in the instructions telling you what color wire goes where. i just have to figure out what's what.

Yep, that is what I had as well. Not to difficult.

Good luck and enjoy your new bumper.

I just installed mine too. Use some t-tap connectors to wire the running lights. Use red ones. The blue connectors are too big.

I'm on the NW side. 290/610 area. I'm trying to decide on what bumper I want now after reading on how heavy the ARB is, but I'd still like to take a look it it sometime and go from there.

YES the ARB bumper is pretty heavy. but if you go with any other plate bumper, it will be a little bit lighter but not by much, maybe 15lbs to 20 lbs lighter. I went with arb because i could get it quick and i really like the toughness of it but it's really a personal preference. i will pm you see if we can meet up somewhere.
