Bruteforce made a custom lighter (~90lbs) version with larger fog lights for me around your budget. Got a great looking bumper that is 1-off and it looks great

i appreciate the responses. Another issue, i'm having is I need to be shipped ASAP. That way my brother is able to ship it to Europe with his household goods at the end of June. I see the time built is around 12 weeks. Totally understood though. I'm making last minute moves.

Here's a pic of my high clearance bumper I got built by some Italian's out here. They took two months though. Two months without my truck was painful.

Demello aluminumn. A few other companies offer aluminumn but they are not as strong. Not sure what purpose you are needing it for.

ARB is a great product but you will need some upgraded coils to help the sag. Are you in Italy Texas by chance?

What is your front suspension setup currently? I have an ARB, I put 700lb king coils on my icon shocks and it handles the weight just fine. I’m probably over-sprung to be honest. I’ll add a winch soon and that’ll help.

I just got Bilstein 5100s w/ coilovers set at 2.5. Do you think I'll be fine? I reached out to another local fab shop showing ATH fab's loop over the headlights but they haven't responded back. If they don't respond then I'll probably just go with the ARB just to get it shipped in time.

You might have a problem with those 5100’s and adding weight. What springs are you using and do you have skids and sliders?

Tbh the arb bumpers arent as heavy as people make it, they are under 120# and that is in the realm of other offerings. The steel they use is thinner compared to others but the strength lies in the bends and supports they do. Mine weighed in at 110# when i took her off, bear in mind mine is cut and modified tho for tire clearance.

Any bumper will make you sag/ lose height, you are adding weight.

OME 886 springs will fit your 5100’s just fine & handle the added weight of the bumper. Easy swap.

In March..did the ARB bumper & ARB foggers...$1176 shipped

Also added a 9500# Smitty steel rope winch.....If you wanna winch...

that's the time to do it during the bumper install......then...

you can expect to swap front coils...will sag......I added OME 886's

Already had 5100's....but had them reset to -0- worked well for me

The ARB is well built/designed...may appear over powering to some though

There are almost endless options when it comes to bumpers for these trucks... Getting one made fast, thats a different story. If you already have an ARB, new coils is probably the best way to go imo.

To me the ARB looks super bulky, The only reason I went with a different brand is because of this. I went Demello Offroad and I love it. Perfect fitment, easy to install Super strong laser cut support structure to reduce weight.

The engineer in me made me weigh the ARB bumper when I put mine on. There is 131lbs of net added weight (no winch) on my '13. It really didn't drop the front end very much.

mine.....with winch as mentioned sagged 'bout 1/2"

5100's were then on 3rd notch......after new coils went to -0- notch

still gained close to 2" back..IIRC.......
