Did my OME lift and this came with the kit. Anybody put this on and does it make any difference?

You most likely will need them. Easy way to check is use an angle finder (the IPhone has one) and check the angles of the two portions of the driveshaft. I replaced the bolts with longer ones and used washers to get a more precise alignment.

Good swag math is 1/4" of carrier bearing drop per 1" of lift. It's a good place to start and go from there. When I get back home from travelling tomorrow I will take a picture of my setup. I used washers and stepped them up until I got the optimal feel. For me, I lifted 3" in the rear and only used 1/4" worth of washers so go figure.....
