ARB compressor under hood?

Looking into getting ARB lockers f&r. Anyone mount the compressor under the hood? If so where?

Nailed it, that’s where mine is. Some have it on the passenger fender but my 12’ has all sorts of brake lines and shit over there. I don’t think the 13s’ have it, I’ll have to go outside and check

 

Slee off-road makes an Underhood bracket for the single and dual compressors

 

I was going to suggest Slee Off-road as well. They are only 10 minutes away from me but I ended up going with the Expedition Essentials bedside mount (https://expeditionessentials.com/pr...edside-compressor-mount?variant=1708368658441) because it made more sense based on my needs.

 

Don’t mind that random ass red wire I hooked up a cb quickly before a trip a couple years ago.

 

Haha. That's nothing! Look at this mess. I had to shorten the return hose on my brake fluid reservoir so it wouldn't melt on the compressor.





You can see the power cables (and fuse) for my winch and the solenoid for switching the winch power on and off.
