Posted this elsewhere but I’m not sure exactly where it should go.

I am wanting to get the ARB fridge and put a mid rise kb rack over it with a tent. Looking for thoughts on whether or not the fridge will withstand the elements and can it be secured somehow? Wanting to take a trip to Alaska in 2019. I’m a bit concerned about putting a RTT on top of a fiberglass camper shell-I’m worried it will give way if I hit A bad bump or pot hole. I dont Trust the roof racks but that may be my only option. Can i put the high rise kbvoodoo bed rack on with a soft topper installed? That’s another option. Anyway, any suggestions?

They have the ARB Elements 63Qt fridge that’s designed specifically for outside the cab use. I believe @jberry813 has the 82qt fridge and I believe he has it mounted in the bed and in the elements. He can confirm though

    ...too much shit to list.
Indeed. I have the ARB 82 with the Travel Bag/Cover in the bed under my RTT.
Fridge doesn't stay in my truck 24/7. But it's been through every weather imaginable including rain, sleet, snow, hail, even an ice storm.
