Simple OME/884/AAL lift. 32” WP’s

Hello, thinking of ordering the ARB skid plate set for my 2006 DCSB. Any thoughts on this kit when keeping the stock front bumper? All the pics I find have the ARB front bumper and I cant get a handle on if there will be a gap in protection between the front plate and the stock bumper. As weak as the Toyota OEM skid plate is, the fact that it comes close to the bumper has saved my ass a few times.
