I'd rephrase your ad. Looks like a straight up steel bumper.

 

Provide a full frontal picture then. It's hard to tell what it looks like.

EDIT: Looked up the ARB Summit bumper and it's a full steel bumper, not a bull bar. Definitely retitle your post.

Yep.. On my 03 Tacoma, it was called a Bull Bar by the manufacture, it was a one person install then too .. It's still the same thing IMO.. Thanks bud, J.
