He preaches form and anchor point you say? I just find this ironic. That's all shooting a bow is. Aim is a minor aspect. Anyone can aim, consistent form and anchor just makes it go where you are pointing at.

no problem brother. I enjoyed it tremendously!!! They all did great. I thought I seen a camera. When I get to help kids I kinda forget the rest of the world.

Thanks for the kindness and hospitality of your family! Our family had a wonderful time and so good to meet you all!

thanks brother, don't really consider myself fit though. Hardly can run from 1st to home on the softball field anymore without oxygen.

I'd consider it, but don't have enough vacation to spare....and not sure if I got the cardio to handle it. Sure appreciate you letting me know. I should consider it in the future.

Got me a new bow the other day. A diamond outlaw. IBO at 330 and I believe it. This thing is sweet. There is almost no difference in the space between by 20-30 and 30-40. Went and sighted it in yesterday and I was puttin three shots in a 2" group at 30 yards. So much better than my old PSE. The deer better be on the lookout this year

So I know there are some guys in here from the south east. I am looking at 12.72 acres of land in the north central part of SC, mainly for hunting and fishing at thr moment maybe reitrement in 15 yrs. I wanted to know if any of you have land in the SE and if ur able to grow a decent food plot, the land has a river about 20 ft wide going through the upper part also.

i don't know about that, lol
i am sure all of those videos of people walking up on animals, were at
game farms where the animals are tame.

i wear silver fiber clothing (clothing with silver fibers), it works great to control scent.

I have not heard much about them. Hopefully somebody else will chime in. I do recommend seeing if you can meet with the guy and shoot a couple arrows. Just to make sure the bow isnt a piece of shit.

Also how much do you know about bows? (draw lengths/weights ect) just to make sure the bow is a good match for you.

personally i would never buy a used bow. Just spend the extra money and get a good one. You dont know if its been dry fired or not been taken care of ect. I wouldnt like taking a shot in the field and having it explode on me. just my .02

Not many ppl know but bear will give you almost a 50% discount for being military on some bows. I bought the charge reg price is 399 i got it for 250 ready to hunt. Just have to get arrows, release. When u call just tell them what they "wanna hear" and they will have it sent outwithin a couple days.
