    When I lived in PA, I started shooting and hunting with a PSE Nova, carbon arrows with Muzzy 125 three blade bh. I was dead accurate out to 70 yards on target. When I moved back to AZ I haven't shot since then. I need to start again.

    Well theres the loin aka backstrap and then the tenderloin...which is under the spine. I like to cut the back straps into finger steaks bread with flour s&p and deep fry. Then bbq sauce for dipping! Or just like a steak on the grill s&p and grill to med rare. The tenderloins get cut into chunks and made into stew or with eggs scrambled.
