Been shooting a lot and noticing some serving moving on the cams. Anyone have this happen? Contacted the string manufacturer and they said they’d replace if I ship the string to them. Had these less than a year. Going to get strings elsewhere

Pretty common. If he’s gunna fix it pull it off and ship it back. Jbk has a 2 year warranty on his strings, he’s prolly the best I’ve ever used. He’s one of the only ones I’ve never had any issues with.

Got my back up bow in. Overall looks good. Might throw the woodland limbs on it on at some point. 83ED01A2-6157-4349-BB56-0EF0BF1996E0.jpg

Reigns are great bows. I had a couple 7s and 6s. Reign 6 is one of my all time favorites. Killed a pile of critters with it. Shot extremely well for a 6 inch brace height bow.9569C19D-F624-4ADA-810A-E1397506B63C.jpg

I’ve got vortex scopes on my two ruger American rifles and they aren’t great with lowlight. You co-signing them for range finders?

that’s not meant to sound argumentative. Just genuinely asking

Ive had a couple different brands buschell is good, nikon is good till the warranty runsout. Then its better off getting new, parts for a used nikon cost 60% of a new one, why pay to fix an old range finder. Vortex warranty is the key, its unconditonal. I got the 4000 hd, has lighted numbers that adjust intensity. Picks up good on targets... nikon had trouble picking up on woods past 600yds

I’m running a sig kilo. Pretty impressed the last 2 years for clarity and low light. The vortex hd as mentioned also gets good reviews. On range finders it don’t matter to me as much as binos since I normally pre range spots once in set up. If money is no object go swaro or your choice of high end glass.

I haven’t dug down the rabbit hole of trad yet but want to. Once my contract is up and I get bored with the compounds I’m diving in hard.

Plan this year points in CO and WY this year. OTC archery CO this year and draw antelope in WY. Next year hopefully draw WY elk tag.

Colorado was epic last year. My first time hunting elk and backcountry hunting.

I’d imagine Wyoming to be even more amazing.

online reviews show all positive points for that sig and vortex rangefinders

Leupold has a new archery specific one on the way. You set it up with all your bow specs (arrow speed, weight, etc) and it will not only calculate horizontal distance but also take into account the arc of the arrow and let you know if you're going to hit a branch or whatever. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1022273848
