Need to lower the peep, maybe. The d loop should be at a specific spot. It does look like there is wear under the D loop from the arrow nock.
I think its the front sight housing is out of adjustment too.

Looking at the pic again, it does look like the D-loop is a bit high. Show us pic with an arrow nocked and rest in the up position. The arrow should be level or perpendicular to the string. Maybe just a touch nock high.

Went up north this weekend for some rifle hunting. In Michigan you can’t shoot certain calibers below a “rifle line”. 3 days in the woods, passed about 20-30 hunters per day. Trucks everywhere and the deer were few and far between. Only ended up seeing 5 total and most were while driving in hunting land. It was awful. Fortunately, we drove up north about 30 minutes farther on the last day and found it was practically empty. No hunters anywhere. So maybe next year we will go that direction.

I would rather pass a deer and wished I hadn’t than shoot a deer and wished I hadn’t.

    This.

on that note, I’m still kicking myself for passing up a big 5x5 elk in Colorado on opening day. Had some small brush between me and him and didn’t feel good about the shot :pout:

I always cringe when I let really nice bucks walk by but, I try to imagine what they’ll look like in another year providing they make it...Some do and some don’t!

Yeah I don’t know where you guys are seeing all these bucks you just let go lol.

when I was up north I got out of a stand and about 200 yards north on the drive out was a baby 4 point and I was really close to just running it over to fill the freezer.. but that’s illegal, and not very sportsman like.
