ALL FUDGE! that an't no joke. sorry to here that. Thats why I'll always do my own work on my trucks as long as I'm physically able to. I wouldn't even get the free oil changes on my new truck when they offered them.

I shad a black bear and her 2 cubs run out in front of my truck as I was driving down my "driveway" last night. The mama bear was pretty big. I would guess 200-250 pounds.

I can't believe were 12 hours from opening season this year and it's right on the edge of 90° today here in Ohio. This sucks

Kinda forced to come home last night. My spot got drilled with wet snow. I tracked an elk on the morning of Friday, had a perfect 20yd shot but passed because there was no way I could get him back up the mountain he was about to run down. On my way back to camp I endured the high winds, hail and sleet. Rain gear helped some but I was still cold and wet. Picked up a head cold and couldn't shake it. The weather didn't seem to be coming to a stop and the elk went quiet. Another storm is hitting tonight, I am going to pack in again, but with the Woodstove this time (forgot it last time). It should pass tonight, hoping to locate bulls by their bugle in the morning. Wish me luck guys, it's gonna be a shitty night with high hopes for Sunday.

good luck! I heard one bugle for me a few days ago...its back in a hole somewhere that its going to be a chore to get it out of. That is also if other hunters dont run them out of there. We will see what happens.
