Yup. A) I don't want to use my shocks as limit straps, b) I cut my misalignment spacers on the UCA for more travel, so I don't find them.

That takes some safety margin out of Dirtkings design.

What sort of rear leaf set up you rolling with? Interesting as I wouldn't think it would be needed for the rear, but I havnt seen yours cycled either.

I've got a Panda Special HD pack from @Blackout14

ItsI right on the edge of needing a strap, but it's cheap insurance

Interesting...what sort of travel are you pulling with that? Kind of scary that your shocks are right at the edge of being maxed out...I assume the shock length was spec'd for that right?

I've got the 12" travel kings on a BAMF relocate, and am pulling 11.75" of travel on the leaf pack. So it's bumpted and strapped to 11.5" of travel, just to have some safety margin.

    @Tatts521 here's how I did mine.

TC cam tab gussets, and a Moog greasable bolt. The alignment plate is 3/16ths plate.

Additional notes on the Solo Rack install:
    1) move the mounting bolts towards the front of the truck 1/8" to 1/4" to make clearance for the boots better on the back side of the frame
1a) drill a 1/4" hole where you want the new mount to be, then drill a 1/2" hole, then use the 1/2" drill as a reamer to make it a slot. User a grinder with a cutting wheel on the top.
1b) the frame bung is not welded on the bottom.
    2) cut a bigger notch in the frame. No, still bigger. FFS that's a big boot.
    3) Take the mounting arms completely off the front Diff.
    4) Drivers side bolt on the rack goes in from the top (safety and clearance for the diff mounts, pass from the bottom (easy).
    5) cross boot ventilation is important. Figure out how to connect them.
    6) still less suck and fail than swapping an OE rack.
    7) after the rack is in, but before bolting it down the last time, install both PS lines and connectors to the rack, then put it into position and bolt it down.

Not a big enough hole. Also, make it parallel to the piston, not perpendicular to the frame.
    IMG_20180722_085122881.jpg
    Almost big enough.

I popped the driver's side inner seal. We suspect it was a factory defect in the seal, since nothing else on the truck was damaged.

Rack rebuilt, it was a bad seal on the driver's side of the hydraulics.

Tested and proved that 33s will rub at full stuff. I guess it's time to start cutting.

That's going to take some serious cutting to fit.
