are access cabs not popular?

My truck is essential a two man person but o well.

 

I didn't want the access cab when I first started shopping. I was afraid it would just be filled with junk all the time. A regular cab was practically non-existent in the area, and most of what I found was DCSB. Deal breaker. I need less in front and more in the back (thatswhatshesaid). Now that I bought my ACLB, I could never go back. It's a saving grace all the time, and yes while it is filled up with junk, i need that junk! I need IT TO SURVIVE!

 

Access cabs are the worst truck configuration on the road..

Ha ha, that fits my description.

I enjoy having my Xtracab. Seats five (small) people, I can put my tools in the back of the cab to keep them dry... It's perfect for me.

 

How did I miss this revival? And where the hell is Poolio?

 

Bought my access cab because it was a slammin deal at the dealership I worked at. If I was searching for my dream truck I may have gone DCSB. But I do love the access cab look, and I like the opening the front and rear doors together... so much access!!

 

Yep, we're back to driving unpopular trucks. I also have a satoshi grille insert so now I drive an ugly unpopular truck.

Access cabs are the ideal size and proportion for a Tacoma.. If you don't have kids.

On that note I bought mine so my friends could not bum rides and I would never be DD. So much for that. They still would rather be stuffed in the back than take care of their own vehicles and drive themselves.

And if you have small enough friends, 3 will fit in the back. At their own risk of course..

 

I prefer a access cab with a full size bed then a DC with a short bed. If I ever get another Tacoma, it will probably be a AC OR 4x4 and use it just for off road.
