Are any suspension parts transferable from X-Runner to Prerunner?

    ‘22 4Runner, ‘14 F150, and I’ve had 4 Tacomas (‘12, ‘15, ‘16, ‘18), 2 FJs
    I'm looking to lower my truck and this seems to be a popular swap for the 5-luggers. Can it also be done on mine or does the "4WD" suspension negate that?
