    This is the Overland series ARE which is reinforced in key stress areas with a black overlay on the reinforcement. It looks, I think, particularly good on Quicksand.

    The black overlay is actually Linex, super hard stuff.
    I ended up getting my whole ARE Overland sprayed with Linex.
    Harvey totaled my MGM....bought a QS, then sprayed the cap.....before and after.

    On the ARE site, you can actually order the Overland completely covered in Linex.

    Luckily I found a Linex shop in Houston to spray mine.
    I was a little concerned with it being black it would make it quite hot during the summer. The surface was actually cooler to the touch than the metal on the Taco.
    Inside was no hotter than the Taco cab.....for reference.
    So, pretty happy how it all turned out.
