ARE DCU Topper Cab Height Rear Window Warning

Public service announcement:
The cab height (22") ARE DCU topper is unavailable with a rear window but they allow you to order and pay for one. If a rear window is a requirement for your DCU topper, either get a taller topper or use another manufacturer.

I ordered and paid for the cab height DCU topper fior a 2018 DSCB. When it arrived it only had the front (cab side) window installed which is useless without a matching rear window, since you still can't see out the back. The dealer I purchased the topper from has been talking to ARE for months and we still do not have resolution. They said it was impossible to engineer a window for the shorter top.

Also the rear mounts for the door struts are rusting, though the rest of the topper is great. So far they have offered a $200 refund, which still leaves me a topper that doesn't meet my basic requirements and months of not being able to use my rooftop tent. I am not a happy customer and want to make sure no one else gets into this situation.
