    3.4 is not underpowered, it does much better with the 5 speed tho.

    If you think you need more power the supercharger will add 60-100 more horses depending
    on the pulley size if you need more.

    I know this thread is 2 years old but I have an auto 3.4 and it takes off without no struggle and passing a car or going fast isn't a problem.
