Are jacks required in sale of a brand new vehicle?

Depends on the vehicle. Driving a Subaru, an possibly other all wheel drive vehicle's with one or two different diameter tires can cause drive train damage.

 

So is this showing us your Tacoma as a spectator in the background, or are you part of the crew for the vehicle shown?

How far off the C/GR record are you? Is it at the CID 572 limit for that class? Boosted?

BTW, an old stock Miata will do better than 98mph.

You know it's probably the opposite, manufacturers will have to eliminate including a jack because of the risk of doing it wrong and killing yourself is too much liability.
