Must be a mistake. The price difference is about $600 more for the long bed

You added a $650 package to the short bed...

Thanks. Its a forced add package, that can't delete. Now it makes sense.

Right. That's what I was gonna say. Looks like a tow package

I wouldn't order a Tacoma without the tow package though. It's cheap for the kind of upgrades you get.

No you are absolutely right. Just was trying to see the cheapest 4x4 double cab options. With LB, you go to a SR5, with SB you can get a SR only package.

Hamer Toyota has 2 almost $41,000 Access Cab TRD in stock!

That dealer marks up all of their truck 3-4K no wonder they had like 20 trucks last time I checked

I happen to live near that dealer and I bought a truck or two over the years. Like any dealer you have to work them and they do try to mark up. But the cool thing about them is they always seem to have the neat or weird inventory or the hard-to-find items. They have a good ordering stock department.

You would need to go there and look at the sticker. There would be an additional sticker showing the markup. It might be a good opportunity to go and look at several models to see what you actually want. You could then leave and buy somewhere with reasonable pricing.

Yeah they got me my last new Land Cruiser. They do have some "neat/weird" as you said, thus even though I have two other Toyota dealers closer to me, I always check them first.

Drive to AZ and buy one. Socal dealers are a rip off. You can get one in AZ for invoice to $500 over inv. Easily

Yeah, that's absurd for an Access Cab. My TRD Sport 4X4 was around $33K out the door. With an automatic and maxed out with options it might have been $37K at most.
