are MAF sensors interchangeable among all 3.4s???

    From the digging I’ve been doing so far looks to me like the 2003 is the only year with that light blue wire in it instead of brown.have tried using the diagram that was sent to me last night but no luck,I’ve been trying different combos and it’s still running lean and a bit off.
    From what I believe are the numbers to the plug from looking into the end where you can see the pin ends and clips ,while white clip is removed:,1.2.3.4.5...?I hope..lol in that order is how they’re hooked up now..and seems to be right but not running right still lean ..banging head on wall now

    Sorry if this a dumb question but does the gold pin on the green and yellow wire have to match with the gold contact on the maf?mine is in the center of the five which is where it’s connected,but I noticed on your pic of the plug re pinned,your green and yellow wire is one more to the left,is that where your gold contact is on that maf?thanks again for helping out with this head scratcher

    Ok so no luck on disconnecting battery.I supposedly have them in the right order according to that chart.but It’s running even more rough and shaky and rich than before.I’m stumped.unles the I have the numbered order of the actual plug wrong with my pin sequence

    Here's what the '03 FSM says about that connector. I don't know if the pic is looking at from the back or the front. The numbers should coincide with the schematic.

    Spree toy this is the correct order for the stock 2003 maf pin order.to anyone who may run into my problem in the future.thank you all for the great insight.
