ARE MX topper interior red lights options?

    Evening. I have a ARE Mx topper with the interior strip lights, I quite like the white and fact they turn off and on when you open the hatch.. anyone have recommendations for a cover of some sort of red lense to put over them so they arnt so bright or attract as much attention from bugs ect ? Also would Velcro stick to the interior top carpet to hold something over the lights for easier temporary removal?
