    I would suggest reaching out to Icon about servicing the shocks. Its not a simple easy job if you don't have the proper tools etc

    Did you try touching it to see if it felt like oil or dirt? I mean it does look like oil, but does it feel like oil? Taste like oil? Does it burn like oil?

    Rebuildable coilovers will need a rebuild eventually, its par for the course. 3 - 4 years is a decent stretch, usually if you do a fair amount of wheeling it's less than that.

    They have an authorized rebuild service in Texas, at the bottom of the page
