I was under my truck this afternoon investigating another matter (wondering if I need u-joints) and I saw that my rear leafs look pretty flat. The truck is a 2013, and from my reading on the forum I thought that they had gone to a 4 leaf pack in this model year, but I look to have on 3 leafs? Anyway, is this what leaf springs should look like, or are mine in need of replacement? Truck has 77k miles on it. It was tough to get good shots while the wheels were on. 2011 DCSB with 122k miles here. As far as shape mine are very comparable to yours, maybe even a little worse. I have a little W in my springs. Im looking at HD Dakars in the near future. These things sag significantly with any amount of weight.

I've been eyeing the ride height of the truck bed, definitely looks a little low unloaded. The Dakar springs seem to be very well regarded. I think replacement leafs and shocks will be in my near future as well, although I'd like to keep stock ride height or a minimal lift (1-1.5 inch max). Looks like aftermarket for leafs is the only way to go, as almost everyone seems to think stock toyota leafs are trash
