Are my new 5100's installed correctly?

    Thanks so much for all the reply's and pics using this info i was able to get it all sorted out correctly a few days ago and the truck rides like a dream now and feels nice and sturdy.

    so the shop actually paid a local toyota dealer to complete the service properly. along with that i got new OEM bushings, and washers. Toyota broke down the botched install and did it correctly in about 3 hrs. Except for the missing parts there was no damage to the shocks, etc.. the old place had thrown away the bushing and washers with the old shocks and they guy said the original bushing was badly worn and almost molded to the stem it also fell apart when removed and he didn't realize the new ones still needed the part or that it was even a separate part to begin with.

    so you guys called it correctly. they installed them without washers or bushings

    they dug thru the trash and recovered my shocks and cardboard boxes as well.


    and on a side note toyota did the TSB frame rust inspection while it was in and is going to apply the corrosion spray!
