But no manual trans, and I am sure a few other things such as the brake booster that comes with the OR, OH and don't forget the Scewp for smiles.

Below is what my white auto Pro came out to. I wanted no options, but they could quickly get one with the $199 paint protection and $69 phone cable rip-off thing, so I took it.

Overall $683 off MSRP. The doc fees here are really expensive, but that's everywhere in my area. The nice thing was that they offered $2k more for my Highlander in than I expected so I took it and that knocked the tax down to $935 from the $1567 shown.

This was mostly negotiated in one phone call, then when the truck arrived, I was in and out of the dealer in just over an hour since they had to work my decision to go ahead with a trade-in.

Dealers that I had previously talked to were not able to get dealer trades, so it seems they really want to hold on to them.

Thought I’d share this. White TRD Pro. Anyone seen higher? Fremont CA. All the dealers around here are smoking paint.

While I'm still waiting my allocation to happen later this year. I'm paying
$39998 plus documentary fee, sales tax, title fee and registation fee for
    $42907.62 out the door.

With bed mat, mud flaps, door sill protectors, and step tubes.

If you pay over 40k for a taco you are high. Plain nuts and wrong for letting the dealership get away with it. That is part of the problem, why they keep jacking prices on vehicles, because you show them you are willing to pay them off. I paid 29.5 for my15 trd off road and it's a bad truck. Totally capable

Holy shit. This is definitely one of the reasons I don't miss living in the Bay. 68 g's for a Tacoma? That's absurd. Might as well hunt around the west coast for a similar priced Raptor and just pay a little extra for a plane ticket, 1 night at a motel, gas, and some food.

Lights can be added SR5's can be had for around 28k maybe a little less or more in my area, gives you quite a bit extra capital to play with with the prices these dealers are charging...

When I bought my OR early this year I took a peek at the 1 PRO they had on the lot just for shits and giggles. 10k above MSRP you can do the math...

Yeah, for 10k over I wouldn't blame anyone for passing, or laughing in the lot managers face for that matter. I got mine @ MSRP luckily. Even cross checked with the car buying services from Costco, Sams, and a couple other places. I know a lot of places aren't so lucky. The aforementioned PRO for 68k for example.

Dealers in my area are asking an average of +10K over MSRP. I found a dealer who didn’t add a “market adjustment” but added a ton of port and dealer accessories that jacked up the price just as bad. TRD Pros are nice, but I can’t see myself paying $50K+ for a Taco off the lot.

I paid less than MSRP for mine a couple of months ago in Atlanta. I took my time competing a few local Toyota dealers against each other which worked well because I had options on who to buy from. However, I'm shopping for one in California and it's rare to find one without some market adjustment. Silly dealers.

Toyota Temecula Ca. seems to let the Pros go for MSRP when they have one.Still like the Offroad over all,but the Pros are nice.

I think an Access Cab PRO would be worth every penny.

I was looking at one inbound to a dealer in Maryland. The first price was MSRP, provided during a casual email conversation, presented as "Well, the MSRP on that truck is...."

When time came for me to go in and talk numbers, the quoted price, plus tax, was about $5,000 over MSRP. I was told they had gotten multiple phone calls and messages from around the area from people looking for a Pro.

I said, "OK let them buy that one. I'll get back to you on an Off Road."
