ken, I couldn't get a straight answer from ARE. I contacted the dealer I bought it from, he gave me different numbers. He told me moving 250 static 400. The rails work for more then just extra support.

On mine with the ARE, the fit is tight but it works fine, just not able to freely slide back and forth.

Loosen the locking nut just a tad bit and the tie down's did fit!
It's nice to be able to use the tie down's again.
