A little confused in the proper spark plug to use. I always heard that the dual electrode is the one to use but sounds like oem they came with either or (or even a mix).

My local store was out of the dual electrode so I picked up NGK copper single electrode. Will that be ok?

Yes, single electrode will perform no different than the duals. The only reason Duals are used is for longer life expectancy with the waste spark ignition. You have twice the surface area to burn off, therefor you get more life. So outside of a shorter life span, There is zero performance difference using singles.

Some engineers are actually quite dumb when it comes to reality. That sticker doesn’t change the laws of electricity.

LOL. It's fleebay spark plug vs local auto parts spark plugs. They're both NGK on the box.

Factory never came with single. They sometimes have NGK dual on one side and Denso dual on the other side.
