The way I look at it, cops are people too. Some are good, some are bad, it is what it is.

I think that lawyer’s advice was spot on. Most folks talk themselves into handcuffs. You are under no obligation to assist the police in an investigation.

I also endorse the recording of police interactions and the use of a dashcam. You want your own set of evidence to present to the court.

Finally, and relating to the above, remember you are not going to change anyone’s mind on the side of the road. Take your ticket, be quiet, and fight it in court.

I fought a b/s ticket (similar situation to what was described above - a 55MPH road that rapidly dropped to 35MPH, ticket for 45 in a 35). Cop was a no show in court. All I had to say was “motion to dismiss “.

In my younger days I did a lot of traveling racing bikes...always was in a hurry to get to my next destination. I probably should have lost my dl, but seem to just skate. I remember getting 3 speeding tickets alone crossing ny state in one day. Those sheriffs show no mercy.

It’s a good thing they got pulled over . These kind of people should not be driving they endanger other drivers on the road . I have seen so many stupid drivers in az wish that there was a cop around to pull them over .

It's one thing to be driving over the speed limit by a few mph...imo, that bs to get a ticket. Its those reckless drivers on the road weaving in, and out of tight traffic while far exceeding speed limits that need to be pulled over.

You have to tune into a different YT channel to see those guys, this guy is about getting his face on camera. Arkansas state patrol is a popular source for those other vids, lots of punks stealing challengers and playing GTA on public streets. I've got to hand it to the ASP, those guys don't mess around and they've got some really good pursuit skills.
