I can't seem to find any side-by-side comparison of the 6112s vs 3rd Gen TRD OEM struts. I am curious if the 6112s are the same length or if they are longer thus providing more down travel.

I believe they are. The 5100's are considered extended travel. 5100's (24-263108) are listed as 22.22"

The 6112's are harder to find for their measurements. There are several different 6112 models out there. The 05-15 Model is 46-241627 and I have found them to be 22.56" The newest 6112 model is 47-309975 but I have not been able to find the measurements on it, but they are likely about the same.

And just for context, the Fox 2.5" DSC Extended travel shocks are listed as 22.48"

5100s longer than OR stock. I did not measure when I had it out. 20240216_174821.jpg
