Good afternoon i have a 2023 taco. This is the first time having a truck that came with a tonneau cover. Its leaking water in the sides the dealer told me its normal. Is there a way to adjust it

Nope, its not water tight. Mine would leak if I pressure washed it. But not under normal washing, or driving in the rain.

it should be more water tight then that. Looks like it is coming in, between the middle and back segment. Check to make sure the seal isn't pinched or deformed in that area.

There are shims under locking mechanism on cover itself. You can unbolt latch and check if yours has shims. Mine did. Also I never could get mine to stop leaking. Finally took it off and threw it away and bought a MX4 cover. Wouldn't sell it, because of problems with it. Didn't want to burden anyone else with those problems.

There is a link somewhere on TW about how to adjust the latches.
I tried and got them tighter but still get some leakage.
