So I put new springs and shocks on with a lift. Do the originals have any value? Does anyone ever really need them?... so should they just go to the scrap yard.

Put them on craigslist so you can get some money out of them and someone will buy them. When I started upgrading my truck I made a generic Tacoma parts for sale ad and within 2 days some dude came and picked up every single thing for a truck he was rebuilding.

Also, if you know anyone that makes their own knives, the leafs might be of interest to them.
