Trying to get a tube out of a 2002 2.7. Are these press fit or threaded?

They are pressed in with a protrusion of 47mm. The service manual says to use "Sealant: Part No. 08833 - 00070, Adhesive 1324, THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent"

This is from the 1996 repair manual. Get a copy of the repair manual to see the procedure.

I'm not sure if you need to heat it or what to get the old tube out. The repair manual assumes you put new tubes into a new cylinder head, but that you never need to remove them.
