I know they exist, however I am in need of one that fits the complete spacing left by the stock radio. I have a small Kenwood radio now, and the lower spacer bezel sticks out enough so that my dash trim wont run flush with my dash. Now my lower dash assembly, where the dual cig lighters are, wont ine up properly. All of this rattles and clicks. I want a cassete player, but i also need MP3. i really want the stock setup back, but it has no MP3/bluetooth capability.

Why do you want a cassette player? Why not just get the albums you have on cassette on MP3? I would bet you will have a very hard time finding a new head unit with a cassette player. I could even go without a CD player in my 2013, haven't used it once.

Out won't find any cassette players on CD players aftermarket anymore. Just transfer them to mp3 already.

Why not use one of those cassette adapters for an mp3 player?

just get a $10 walkman off of ebay and a deck that has an auxillary channel
plug it into the walkman (the same way you would headphones) and BAM! there's your cassette over your stereo system
almost all current decent decks have an aux

This is an excellent idea. You can get a nice new HU and still play your tapes.
