are these mods doable?

'13 TRD sport.

Is it possible to make the fogs go on with out the head lights? I know in the book it says it can't but i'm sure someone has done it.

Also has anyone made the "beeping" stop when you un/lock the doors? I would love to have it honk the horn like my old truck did. its just the beeping makes me think of my dads matrix - not excatly truck like.
