Are these too good to be true? Will they cause problems on my truck?

I've got the Rough Country steelies in a 17x9 -12 with zero rubbing on a 265/65r17 tire. So far so good for me. Make sure to get some acorn lug nuts as they are not hub centric and will not accept the OEM lugs.

For steelies they balanced pretty good in my case.

heavier but not too heavy. they will rust as they are steel. but better for wheeling as they will bend and not crack if you hit a rock. classic look too.

CCP steelies are okay. Certain E rated 285 tires can make your wheel/tire combination super heavy though.

I usually buy the knock offs that look like FJ cruiser steelies. Some of them will even fit the black Toyota center caps, but that’s not always the case.

Fun fact: the Chinese factories usually paint them better than Toyota does with their OEM wheels.

The design may not clear your brake calipers

4.5" center bore is 114mm. You'll need hubcentric rings to space it down to 106mm.

-12mm offset will need fender flare trimming to clear 265/75-16 tires.

I'd suggest used tacoma aluminum rims over steelies.
