    Hello Everyone
Are these TRD wheels OEM? Just want to make sure there not aftermarket knockoffs.

    Appreciate your time.

One more newbie question......Are the tire pressure sensors from my stock SR5 wheels transferable to these TRD wheels?

I really suspect these are replica wheels. This Ad has been up and taken down several times over the past few months. Its like he sells them and then get another set and relist them, but for $950. That wouldnt be much net for him to make even for replica wheels. Maybe they are OEM and Im over reacting. Is there a way to insure they are Toyota OEM wheels? Something to look for in person?

99% sure they do not make replica OR wheels. It is very possible the guy buys take offs and then sells them at a profit. Or the guy gets offers and people don’t come through with the money.

They are probably take offs from a truck that was fitted with aftermarket wheels. Check the back of the spokes to see if there is a Toyota logo stamped into the aluminum. There are probably a lot of take off wheels and tires floating around online for sale or maybe it’s a shop that does lifts and tires on a lot of Tacoma’s. That could explain why he’s selling multiple sets of these.

$950 is a pipe dream price in my neck of the woods. Craigslist price here range from $450 to $1250, guess which ones sell and which don’t.

Listen to this man! You can find nice aftermarket wheels for $950-1100, just search in our buy/sell sections regularly.

Both the wheels and the tires look OE.

I don’t see anyone rational buying replicas and then choosing to mount those tires on.

Not that there’s anything wrong with those tires. They ride very smoothly. Just that the average Tacoma owner looking to get aftermarket wheels is likely to want more tread, that’s all.

Don't pay anywhere near that. These wheels pop up pretty often and can be had for less than $500

$950 is a good deal for OE wheels and tires. Those are the OE tires and they have the match mount stickers so they look legit. If I were in the market for new tires, I would seriously consider those. You are getting them already mounted and balanced for the price of what the tires alone would cost. Only thing you would need are new lug nuts if you are running steelies now.

Sold my wheels and tires separately with 11k miles and got $600 total for both. Just as a measuring stick.

I have a set that is flawless with 1800 miles on them that's sitting in my garage. Seeing the price people are selling them I rather just keep them unless someone offers me 950 lol

I have a set of SEMA replicas and 265/70-17 General ATXs on order. But it’s been two weeks and still nothing.

I have an appointment with DT this afternoon: produce the wheels or mount a set of 265/75-16 ATXs on the stock wheels and be done.

I still haven’t been able to take my truck off-roading because they are taking the OE tires in trade.
