My honda accord got stuck on or near the side of the road(depends on who you ask). You can clearly see its stuck good. There is a by law in place that says you cant park on the side of the road between 2-7am. I flagged down an rcmp officer and told him I was stuck, he said I was fine where I was and he would let the others on duty know. If my car does get towed is the Towing company allowed?? The by-law isnt posted on the town website.

This^^ and I don't know about Canada but most places put a warning on the car if its there too long. I'f you're stuck, you're stuck...they should give you a little grace period at least!

Look at it this way... I they tow it, it will no longer be stuck. Win loss situation. They don't tow it, it's still stuck... They DO tow it, it's not stuck...

Call your insurance, and tell them to call a tow truck to either unstuck it or take it back to your pad if you don't have to pay for it.

And I don't think they'd tow your car. Probably just give you a ticket for No Parking signs. I hate when I forget to move my truck on street cleaning day.. $50 a ticket!!
