Seeing less and less comments regarding the 2016 appearance. Wondering if it is growing on people, looks better in person or just starting to look normal as we see more and more in the wild. Maybe a combination of all of the above?

I don't find the style too offensive.

It's just that the truck overall is too big. And too expensive for what you get.

I'll never have a need to own one, so it's not a big deal for me.

I'm happy buyers are happy. Other people spending their money is what makes the world go around. And some of it finds it's way into my pension check(s).

Still don't like it after seeing it in person. Back end looks good, but the front just doesn't match up with the back.

I think people moved into real complaints, like oil starvation and the like.

Enough time has passed that either people love it or just don't care anymore. I'm a first time Tacoma owner and I own a 2016 so naturally I love it. But at the same time I can understand that if you own an older generation, you don't care for it. Personal preference. But I think if you go up to people who have never owned a Tacoma and ask them which bodystyle they like better. Most I think would go for the 2016.

Although we haven't heard any other complaints about this happening in a long while. Since the last complaint, all the Canada trucks were released and there still hasn't been a peep about this. It's possible these may have been isolated incidents which incurred the perfect scenario to trigger and reset the light since it can't be replicated after the first time it happens.

I think more or less folks are just over it. They either like it or they don't and have moved on. Same goes with any new design release.

I think 3rd Gen looks much better than 2nd. Didn't care for 2nd at all. One of the reasons we waited for 3rd.

I think the truck looks far better in person...the grill is not as bad as it look in pictures. I'm pretty happy with my truck...

One thing I've heard people mention that the Truck door feeling tinny when closed...My door closes feels smooth and solid closing.. It closes with a light push; there's not need to slam it.. It really does feel refined.
