Not that I ever really didn't like it... But I saw a TRD O/R in the metal and really liked it.

I think the lower "chin" on the front sticks out maybe a half-inch to and inch to far, but with the O/R black trim piece I think it looks a lot better

Since when do people buy a 4x4 truck to go drag racing ? Seems like a stupid comparison to harp on about

Torque is handy offroad so I could see the concern about torque value but in this case it went up very slightly so we're back to nothing really to harp on in that regard.

i tried to force myself in a 2016 but just couldnt do it. it looks depressing. i moved on to bigger and better things and came to accept that there is no more hope for the 2016s. hopefully toyota will realize their mistake and make a 4th gen for 2017.

I don't even know what that is! All I can picture is a couple of dudes out there racing stock 6 cylinder pickup trucks. Then.....the darth vader music plays as a guy in Ford F150 raptor drives around the corner.

Christ..all this because of the 6 , I bought a 4 banger and love it , I guess I would rather be cruising the back woods to a fishing hole than at the drag strip

Pictures I didn't like, in person I love. Big space inbetween radiator and grill, maybe a winch will fit behind the grill, that would be trick.

I do believe the absolutely BEST comment I have seen in these forums, read as follows:

"What to enjoy your 2016 Tacoma? Get OFF the internet."

Well if you want to drag race a Tacoma nothing beats the 1st gen. That 2RZ with a turbo and a haltech F9 = 10 sec 1/4 mile!

When they first revealed them I didn't like them at all, and thought if ended up buying a new truck I'd look for a 15' TRD Pro...

Now I have a 16' OR on order. It grew on me and I love it now, I can't wait to get mine.

I look at the front end and have childhood memories of our 1978 Toyota Corona. That rear drive car went over the Alpine loop here in CO and never once left us stranded anywhere!

That's what I see when I see the front of a TRD series 2016 with factory grill. So it brings back good memories!

i have a new 15, and i love it. that being said, i do like the 16s. i really like the quicksand color. i like the taller stance, wheel well/fender flare, tailgate is awsome. the front end, if done right looks great. do i wish i had one, if i could afford it, yes. i like the new bells and whistles.
