Yea you got to for sure with a supercharger. My mom has a supercharged Audi and was putting 87 in it. I had to explain to her how thats not a good idea. I know the computer probably just changes the timing but still.

Fact... the Tacoma has the same motor... so you guys already have a sienna in a way.

Dang, your wife seems like the sensible one. My wife absolutely crushed my used Sienna idea, if we sold the Tacoma. She was almost threating divorce :(

I still in the fence, I have 2 other cars paid for. An AG TRD PRO under 11k miles could fetch a pretty penny in today's market.

    No JBL.

I replaced it with the Desaita 10" Android head unit, purchased through Amazon @ $499.99
Install is really straightforward with some minor tweaking of the OEM stereo bracket.
I got off to a rough start with a defective unit, but the work had been done, so the replacement Amazon sent only took a few minutes to pop in.

If this thing lasts, I'm permanently satisfied.

I'm waiting for the 2021 TRD Pros to be discounted to below $45,000.

I just got a turbo and ordered some wilwood big brakes sooooooo.........no not financially a good idea for me. But even if not I gotta go with some of the other responses that even if you sell high, you're still going to be buying the next one high so it doesn't really help at all.

As others have mentioned it only makes sense if you are in need of something different or moving to a cheaper vehicle, I was looking at taking the opportunity to come out with more than I paid on my taco to move into a Tundra but those are also MSRP and selling as soon as they come in or presold, when I considered moving to a different brand those are also MSRP, who pays MSRP for a F150 or Ram Rebel and honestly I think this is a big bubble and then you come out no better off than before so I'll wait and see what the market does if this is the new norm for vehicle pricing than I'm no better off than I am now come trade / new purchase.

My Tacoma was a dream truck for me - I certainly didn’t buy it to flip it for profit. Love it - not planning on selling.

Paying 9% tax on a $40k unnecessary purchase when my truck is relatively new made it not worthwhile for my situation but to state what everyone's already said if you were planning to shed a vehicle from your stable or upgrade your vehicle now is a great time to sell.

Manuals are harder to find and you might find that even more so if you were to try and buy another one. Car seats is an easy fix. I have the Diono car seats and they are a game changer for the tighter tacoma cabs.

Also a lot of people who are selling their trucks are patting themselves on the back that they got to use it for free for a few years, but what they aren't factoring in is that a lot of them are just kicking the can down the road and going to reup for another full car note with higher inflation and a longer payoff horizon. I personally hate having a car payment and with my 2018 pro almost paid off I'm going to enjoy it even more when I own it outright.
