    That`s good to hear

I waited a week for them to get mine and I`m glad I did but I did look at a white and a black in AC V6, I came real close to pulling the trigger on the white but at the last minute they said they found mine.

I have owned a black truck in the past, they look awesome when clean but in my experience it was a lot of work keeping them that way.

The main thing with any purchase is as long as you are happy with it that`s all that matters.

I was having the BBP, V6, access cab built. Last October there was not any of them on the ground so I had ordered one. They told me 6 to 8 weeks but another dealer told me it takes him 10 to 12 weeks to get one from the day he places the order. The 2015 Colorado was causing me allot of sleepless nights so I could not wait that long.

I guess I just timed it right when I was looking or maybe there was a few more built back in Feb when I got mine.

Yes you did. I just looked on cars.com and there is a slew of them on the ground now. Oh well, I need to get this out of my head or I'll be going after one of them.

    Later...

Driving my truck cross country. I drove so far from Tampa Florida to now Seattle. I've been Off Road during my trip and it's been a blast. I still have to go from Seattle to Homer Alaska so another 2800 miles and I can't wait!!

This is my 3rd Toyota product in 3 years, first Tacoma. Before that is was all General Motors products and I liked them all. I would recommend this truck to folks looking to buy a compact truck. It's a great truck. Many of the complaints here are about the automatic transmission shifting in and out of gears at higher speeds. Guess what? It's an electronically controlled automatic transmission. It's gonna shift according to the programming it has in it. If you don't like it move the shift lever to the manual mode to take control of it.
How many of you have taken a look at the owners manual and read it? It boggles my mind how many folks ask questions that have the answer in the manual. You spent a small fortune on your truck, read the instruction manual
If you have a 2016 Tacoma drive it. The more you drive it the more you'll like it.

It'll continue to get better. I've gone thru way too many vehicles in the past decade. I can definitely see myself keeping this one for many years!

The poll should have another choice: Some minor issues, been solved and now I absolutely love it.

I wouldn't recommend my Tacoma to an enemy let alone a friend or family member.
I bought my Mexican made Tacoma in January and have put 10,000 miles on it and it's been in the dealer 6 times ( about once a month ) for various issues that are yet to be resolved.
3 months into this nightmare I put a deposit down on its replacement that gets here the end of this week hopefully.
It sounds like there are a handful of good trucks out there , maybe I would feel different if mine was one of them.
I have never owned a brand new vehicle that I have had thoughts of burning to the ground, or infentionally rolling off a cliff before this truck.
I just hope the new owner can get the problems resolved that Toyota claims aren't problems to begin with.
