I'm just going to say this... Working out is not the single answer to all concerns. Diet is HUGE. If you eat shit and work out like a beast, you will still put on muscle, but you're not going to lose any fat along the way. I am 6'3" and weigh a solid 208. If you saw me you would say that I was in shape, but I will admit that I have this love handle complex because I can't get rid of them and it runs in the family. Nobody else seems to notice but me, but it drives me. Reason I still have them? I cheat on meals about 2-3 times a week. Simple as that. I would attribute overall success in fitness to proper diet (60-80% anyway). This is where most people slip up, unless you have an outrageous metabolism...

Hmmm touche good sir, I can see your point on all except the boasting.

Defiantly not boasting. I could go into way more detail and more things but I dont. No point.

I may of missed an update but aren't you the one that found the dog? Grab a leash and have at it. Walking is better than nothing and you'll bond with the dog. Your neighborhood will now become his neighborhood.

Get some confidence. If your confident enough to perform those tasks apply the same thinking to your personal life.

Ya...what he said. You could head over to one of the numerous "a girl crushed my heart" threads and see if they still teach purse to purse combat.

All in all, just do something. Movement is movement. You need to stimulated your dopamine receptors. Twinkies and Yo-Hoos do the same thing but the results will vary.

I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life.

I grew up a very pessimistic and negative person, and I always had a lot of self-pity for myself. I was skinny and non-athletic, I was depressed that I was single.

One day I just said, "WTF am I doing?" and realized that life was too short to be unhappy with what I've got. I basically lived by this quote:

You may not be a religious person, but that's irrelevant to the real meaning behind the quote. Do what you can to change what you can, and learn to love what you can't.

I've been told that I have a great attitude on life in general in recent years, I work out all the time and i feel GREAT, and I date girls but am very happily single and don't feel like changing that for a while.

It all takes a change of state of mind. It doesn't happen overnight, but if you're persistent, it happens.

OR, you can just win the lottery. All that stuff doesn't matter when you have money. :p
