i like social situations. i enjoy parties and hanging out. but at heart i am a very solitary and unusually private person. hanging out with people "drains my batteries". doesn't matter if you are my best friend, a family member, my gf or someone i just met, i will get physically drained from hanging out with you. for every hour i spend with people, i need a good portion of time completely alone to "recharge my batteries". there are times when i go to parties and just want to leave because i'm tired of interacting with people. i'm one of those people who could live alone in a cabin in alaska my whole life and be perfectly content

 

i personally have never been shy pretty much about anything i love ppl and social events, sometimes it does get irratating when you hangout with certain ppl just try and find some friends that are into pretty much everything your into, also dont worry about being shy when you go to party because chances are no one knows you so you can just have fun and not give a dam what ppl say or thing.
