Horns are getting painted tomorrow. I will be out of town this weekend on urgent business so I should be completing these first week of March and getting ready to send them out not long after.

I have some Tier 1 AFAF left but I've been sold out of ACDF since last year.

It's the note of the horn. Check out my first post of the thread for an explanation. ACDF means there's four individual note horns that play at a time, while AFAF is dual A note and dual F note. Both ACDF and AFAF are the same volume it's just the sound that's different.

There are a few sets of the ACDF horns on ebay right now. They range in price from around $50.00 on up depending on condition. Of course, you either have to make your own harness, or talk to Bart!

 

Thing about eBay sellers is they sell it as is - even go to as much as painting directly over the rust and factory finish which will flake off over time. I take the time to degrease, sandblast, prime, paint, test, make a bracket, collect hardware, and fabricate a wiring harness to make these work with our trucks. You won't find anyone else who does this - I take pride in restoring these and giving them another life.

The horns are just one part of the puzzle. There's a lot of other steps to take to get them to work.
