Hi all, been a long time since being here. I have talked with people that have non toyota trucks and some have said that they have had trouble getting the wheels off the truck due to corrosions. I believe this is due to the dis similar metals of the wheel and truck. They have said the the rims almost rust to the truck and a hammer is needed to get the wheel off the truck. Is anyone here having this problem ? thank you for any help/comments....Good to be back.

I’ve had that problem. I wasn’t sure of the cause but I would have to do a ‘mule kick’ to get them loose.

Pretty common. Just kick em a bit on either side of the tire in the sidewall and they come loose.
