We will continue to see well funded attacks on hunting, fishing and access to Federal lands by the weenie liberal factions in America. Thankfully, there are efforts like this starting to protect our rights.

For more information on protecting your right to access Federal lands for recreation check out this site: www.sharetrails.org/

Ariz. Senate backs bill to restrict local gun laws

    Associated Press - March 4, 2010 7:34 PM ET
PHOENIX (AP) - The Arizona Senate is poised to broaden the state's restrictions on local gun-control laws.
State law already generally pre-empts local ordinances on transportation, possession, sale or use of firearms and ammunition, but the law given preliminary approved Thursday goes farther.
It would prohibit local governments from enacting laws more restrictive than state law and specifically prohibit ordinances that limit possession of guns in parks. Also, local governments could not regulate the discharge of firearms.

Arizona Game and Fish Commission supports "right to hunt and fish" amendment

The Arizona Game and Fish Commission supports House Concurrent Resolution 2008, a measure that would create a state constitutional right to hunt and fish. HCR 2008 yesterday passed the Arizona Senate Committee on Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Public Debt by a 5 1 vote. It will next go to the Senate for consideration and, if passed, will go on the ballot in the fall election.

Why not be PRO-active and make laws that outlaw eco/green/butt-pirate initiatives?

Arizona: House to vote on Right-to-Carry bill

The Arizona House has scheduled a vote on legislation that would make Arizona the third state allowing people to carry concealed weapons without a permit. The House is set to vote on the bill on Thursday. The Senate approved the measure last week.

This Cuntry is making me sick with all the laws..
Well i am glad to see some preemptive laws protecting rights being made, But it also saddens me that it has to be done this way.

Arizona: House approves Constitutional carry bill

The Arizona House voted Thursday to make the state the third in the nation to allow people to carry concealed weapons without a permit, sending the governor a bill that would allow Arizonans to forego background checks and classes that are now required. The legislation, approved by the House 36-19 without discussion, would make it legal for most U.S. citizens 21 or older to carry a concealed weapon in Arizona without the permit now required.
