What are thoughts on a few beers for the adults, nothing crazy. I'm down for bringing a bunch of waters, plus I have the 5 gallon igloo and plenty of ice chests I can bring. Can pick up some sodas too if anyone wants.

I have no idea what Scottsdale laws are on open containers but I don't drink. It may not be a good idea if we have minors there just to play it safe. I'm not a drinker, but I also don't like to give the rangers or police any reasons to sniff around.
So we have parking lot frisbee/ foosball
    Food
    Great people
    Lots of trucks.

This meet sounds like an awesome one! :)

Agreed. I mainly brought it up so we can clearly define the expectations around it.

$12.50 isn't bad for a permit. And I would also be willing to throw down for a Ramada.

That's typical, if you can, you will want to email him/her as well. I worked closely with the park service out at South Mountain and McDowell's for years. They tend to be overly busy, understaffed, and lack the time to return calls.

I'll throw in some coin to if needed for reservations.

I have one at the house right now and my lady made a giant tub of popcorn for the girls last night. 6 kids over and they devoured it all!

Wait so how much are we lookin at? Each individual spot costs $$ or the Ramada does, I'll bring some $$ to throw down regardless ;)
