Ask and you shall receive.... It was dumb and I wasnt doing anything cool. I went to take a spot through the wash for a fun line. Once I got up on it, i decided it wasn't what it looked like and when I was backing up to get back to the normal part I was down in a big hole under a huge tree and a rock wall on my right. Well with the shadows, the over hang, and maybe me being a little tired from working all night... the rock wall hung out more than it looked like( i was backing up and turning to the left so it was a little hard to see to begin with) and it bit me. Not a huge deal. But I was like damnit. Lol i wasn't even in 4wd at that point.

You realize the coke ovens are a closed trail and it's illegal now?

Yep. Didn't touch them or even see them this trip (although I've been up to the No Trespass signs in the past and respected them, then got a flat on my way out, on a Sunday night). I only mentioned them to give an idea the area I was in.

Not at all, I'm fine drivng the speed limit, i even was pased by a Fedex truck. I did stop for fuel in Superior on my way in, I ended up helping an old man fill coolant in his over heated car. He liked the truck and told me of a new place to check out as thanks.

    Yup, private party.

I zoomed and scoped the pics out, but didn't see the Domes themselves, so hoped you did as you said. It was a bit of a cryptic caption, just as feedback.

Thanks for the pics and being a good trail user.

The ovens are not in the pics I posted since I didn't go down the side trail to them that day, but here is a pic when I was there previously. This was taken on the legal side of the Keep Out signs.
